First, it's fantasy with all the magic and stuff. The seme is not human but the uke is. I'm mentioning this cuz the suffering of the uke stems from that. The uke fell in love so he endured it all. He was raped, assaulted, locked up even when his father and best friend died. In the end when the seme got into coma after he was stabbed, the uke sacrificed his life to save him. In the end he found out it was all an act and the seme is really alive so he hated the seme more for it. So he prayed to be erased in existence from a goddess but the goddess gave him a chance to go back and live his life again. His memories was intact so he did what he should do so that he would not cross path with the seme in that life. But of course they did, the seme turns into a child and they became close. The uke didn't know the seme was the child and when he did he tried to kill himself and the seme was shocked why the uke loathed him that much. In the twist of fate, the seme and uke live together as a deal. They got close, and seme changed. The uke fell in love again and this time they got together again, happy, misunderstandings cleared with the uke's loved ones alive.
