Nothing serious happened. They end up living together in the ending chapter. I cant speak japanese but he was most likely just afraid and went back on his word by the looks of it. And the dog ear haired guy gets uneasy over their relationship after seeing how close his lover is with his coworker. They talk it over though in the end. The dog ear haired guy has a friend who is in the same college as him who finds out about his relationship after seeing them holding hands at a festival. And red head and his mom get closer. That’s pretty much it though. Fluffy and sweet with a bit of uneasiness. Nothing to worry about though. As for how many chapters…looks like 5-6 with three pages of extra stuff.
