It will break him but I think he'll handle it well if satoko wishes for him to live on and be happy. Tho I do see the ending going Romeo and Juliet route tbh. Teppei is a disturbed individual.
I hope they at least get their little happy ending together before she goes.
I've read everything all in one sitting and by the first pannels of the first chapter I'd say she's gonna live and get old but without him by her side :')
I know she’s going to die eventually but I’m so not ready for that man- if he reacted this way to him think that she was going to leave him—- I just can’t imagine in how distress he’ll be when she die’s ;—;
