Yes, plus seeing the relationship become physical would be something to see. On how Atsushi grows from the kid he is to a older teenager is a big change not just to Atsushi physically but emotionally as well. The two to three extra chapters would have been nice to capture all that. XD
It would have been even better if the manga had at least two more chapters to observe the age progression. We do get to see Atsushi as an adult, but we do not get to see the evolution of the relationship. He was still a kid when they began dating, and so as him going through adolescence, there were a lot of things that should have changed. They could have broken up and then got back together because of various issues.
