For me it didnt seemed like hes annoyed more like he was caught of guard, if he was annoyed he would let him kiss him. And I think he kinda knows that Dan is not feeling himself, he was even concerned and ask him what happend and if he ate something.

He was. Dan caught him off guard and they changed the topic because dan really needed it.
We know that Kim Dan already can't feelings for Jaekyung(tho he still dont wanna admit it) but now in ch39 he said "I Love You' tho he's not in his right mind now. But jaekyung seems to take that as a salt of grain...he didn't even get flustered but seemed kinda annoyed?(⊙…⊙ )
