people have different trauma response to sexual abuse. and i guess this one is hypersexuality. his sexual libido has increased and it altered his sex drives to the point of impairing his daily life function.
He is in a state of denial but siwoo completely knows it. However, his method of making him notice this is agressive which only adds fiel to the fire. I think this will make the red hair realize things a.k.a redemption arc coming.
