I am personally under the impression that the feelings are mutual but Yashiro is in denial. The whole "I'm scared to lose you...but I don't mean it like that" thing
Yashiro definitely loves Doumeki, he just has not fully admitted it to himself yet. He also does not know how to be in a romantic relationship with someone which also contributes to him not admitting he is in love.
So what is the difference between what feels Yashiro for Kageyama and Domeki ?(sorry for my English XD)(●￣(ｴ)￣●)
