are there any love triangle or other party in the romance?

It is a very complicated love triangle because it crosses two different timelines. It's also very harem-y, since everyone likes/loves the mc; although in the current timeline, Kouichi only loves Touya. The story can get a little confusing at times, but it's a very interesting concept and worth the read imo.
