No it actually his problem too, its not a solo play so you have to coordinate with the team. Even if your presentation is good and if your team isnt that good but good the viewers get disappointed and that change the whole evaluation of the play.
So even if one person did excelently the play will be rated low
Why are they telling him to tone it down....if the others can't keep up that's their problem, not his??? This is so dumb istg
