OH MY GOD I KNOW!!! It bothered me so much up until this point. I'm glad they mentioned it. Because some mangas really make it seem like it's "okay", which is VERY MUCH isn't.
Hidoku shinaide was the first yaoi manga i read. and i was like cheering for nemu to fight, because he was being raped, like kick him, punch him, bite his dick something like that because it was my first time reading and i was not aware that that's how the way things worked in yaoi. but it really bothered me that the uke characters really this weak and being raped? the next i read was the Finder and the same thing happened the uke was also raped and it was like nothing to him. I was like Goddamnit why does the uke doesn't fightttttt!!!! hahahaha :) but i gradually adjust to the rape rape scene i encounter everytime i am reading ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
I'm seriously happy they addressed this issue because rape is never okay. It's refreshing to see Sensei bringing this up because in most yaoi mangas they just seem to forget about it. The scene where Maya felt bad and guilty about it showed how much he has grown and that's just really great. (▰˘◡˘▰)
