There is no way Cliff try to change his selfishness. Even until the control vanished, he won't see the truth and just treat the problem as passing wind. I hate the guy to the end. The creators didn't do justice at all.
ohh I was talking about Killian haha about Cliff, we have the same opinion. I feel like even without him being brainwashed, he would still be the same. His actions doesn't even change with or without the blondie beside her cause I feel like the brainwashing has a stronger effect when the blondie is around.
