Chapter 13, they're discussing whether or not Hakyung will help Yoosung regain his memories. Hakyung says that he will help, but only if Yoosung promises that once he regains those memories, Yoosung will "never cross paths with [him] again".
I think Yoosung already knows that Hakyung is part of his past and already has most of his memories from their first meeting, but is going to use the loophole of "since they were back before we made the deal, your condition doesn't matter" kind of thing. Or not. Who knows?
