Even if he loved her during the time she was still married, he never made a move once nor was planning to. They both just wanna move on from the past and let themselves be happy after being depressed for so long. They’re grown adults and need no one’s approval. The world can be against them and shame them but only they know the truth that they never did anything nor did the FL ever love him during the time she was with her husband. If anything he purposely acted rude to distance himself from her which is better than acting too friendly.

The FL didn’t like him until 4 years after her husband passed, it’s not like she liked him right away. The ML (friend) basically had an unrequited love for 7 years. 3 during her marriage where he never made a move and hid his feelings- and basically waited 4 years after the passing without doing anything

I’ve seen the entire raws, it’s a mixture of spoilers and my opinion lmfao. The first 2 and last 2 sentences are all part of the spoilers that contain facts. Only one sentence was simply opinion which was “they’re both grown adults and need no one’s approval.” As well as the second reply contains complete spoilers so idk what you mean by that lollll

I’ve also used translation as well for majority of the 54 total chapters
