It was actually very common at those times like really really common but this story is good because our mc never even thought of doing anything to her or with her because of the age thats why we love it and she was married at that young age in order to be protected but what matters is that our mc their love is unbelievable pure thats why its a good story then again in this day and age its hard to get over the age gap as it had become so uncommon and for good reason (≧∀≦)
Exactly, thats why i dropped this. This story doesnt go for historical accuracy so there is literally no reason for such a MASSIVE age gap like wtf is a 30+ man doin with an 18yro? Literally a teenager. Plus in the novel he stat raped her at 17, this author is just weird. Theyre not real so theres no point being mad at a fictional character when the person who made this is the real weirdo.
Idk i haven’t read the novel im just going based off the webtoon for me its an interesting story in the webtoon he waits they are sweet ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ the athor maybe weird but i find the story enjoyable and the art is good ngl
no harm in reading it im sure you know an actual relationship like this is completely unethical. We shouldn't romanticise these kinds of things but i see the appeal of the story.
The way the story is set up she was raised by her husband is ridiculous ofc but since its only fictional i like it in really life thats grooming and we would all be worried but in the webtoon she got married to be safe and anyway u know the story so yeah i like it cause its fiction
its based in another era where people died younger and did go to war or died by diseases. yea now its unethical, but its not the story its bases on a moder era so lets no be exagerated over everything we read online .
Also agreed plus they barely had any communication until she was 18 I personally love this but i can understand that even tho its fiction for some people its just hard to get over the age gap for me its cheating no matter how good the plot the art if the mc cheats even emotionally im not interested it just doesn’t do it for me

Its based in the medieval but its not meant to be historically accurate at all, i mean the whole story is unrealistic and in the fantasy genre so this really isnt a point. No harm to the readers i just think the author is weird for romanticising this kind of thing obviously its fictional but thats aside the point.
