Jeolho was content with their prior engagements 'cause it meant he got to painfully fuck Nanmu's ass for however long his father told him to. When Pil-gyun showed up and started making moves he just stood by the sidelines not really doing much to help or prevent it.
The only time he did anything directly was when he noticed Nanmu was having a psychotic episode and harming himself, taking advantage of this fact and fucking him when he was clearly distraught over Pil-gyun vanishing lol
He's not horrible, but he's not any better than Pil-gyun by a long fucking shot.
He is horrible, he did nothing to prevent Nanmu from being raped by others and offered the punishment so that he also could have his share, I never liked Jeolho. Being in love with Nanmu can't even be used as an excuse cause how the hell is letting someone you "love" go through hell and offer to extend that hell wtf....

Jeolho was basically just reaping the benefits of what Pil-gyun was doing and acting like he couldn't do shit to make Nanmu's situation better. Not to mention he was ass at the sex they were having anyways LOL
Everyone saying they want Jeolho or needs him, is basically saying they want someone who witnessed the victim getting gang raped and then became the rapist. I don't understand the obsession with his character. To me he is trash.
And like you said, Pil-gyun did something, at least he took revenge by killing them one by one and he stayed by Nanmu side until he was comfortable enough to sleep with him, not once he raped him, not once. So his character to me is much more likeable.
Jeolho woulda just let the "punishment" continue for however long Nanmu could take it.
Tbh the only reason he's still alive is 'cause Pil-gyun has vowed to not leave Nanmu again. Killing Jeolho would end with Pil-gyun having to leave him behind again.
Jeolho's "I would do what I must even if it meant Nanmu would hate me" line just came off cheesy af 'cause mfer who caaaaaaaares lol the only reason why Nanmu don't hate you now is 'cause he believes his two "brothers" were supporting and caring for him by partaking in his punishment.
I'd love for Nanmu to snap out of it and see how much of a dick Jeolho was for taking advantage of him being hurt all this time.

I think out of all the characters in this series Pil-gyun and the other brother know Nanmu best. Jeolho is also selfish af considering he probably would've kept up with the "punishment" if Pil-gyun had never shown back up again lol
