I started talking about the rest of the points of the story...and all the comebacks were about how illegal, immoral, blah blah, ...

I was saying that when I was talking about the story and saying that people kept coming back to the rape part or that is their main complaint I meant that the other people who responded to my responses gave me the EXACT response I wrote in my my blurb up there. Instead of talking about something useful or other plot points pertaining to the story they keep telling me that it's rape and how it is wrong, and that's ALL they would focus on. I wasn't referring to your posting of content at all. I think you misread.

I think you misread about the part I mentioned "illegal" and "immoral" because it was in regards to when ppl are talking about the rape, not to your upload "illegal" content. Ha

omgg i agree so much!! like yes we get it, its rape but also ITS FICTIONAL!? and there's so much more to the story than that one scene plus the stories always try to make up for the wrong doings by the end so it doesn't feel that wrong too!! Like potn!!
i just hate how the whole story gets criticised just because of one immoral thing specifically when the plot is really well laid and good!!
This ofcourse doesn't include all the stories that have rape cause some of them just take it too far with shit plot so they deserve the hate!

A joke? Is that why you wrote a whole essay about how much it annoys you? Doesn't sound very convincing. Also it may not be them that are shallow but you being judgemental of them and unable to accept the concept of people having opinions that won't validate yours. People can find points in the story they dislike (even if it's from the very first chapters) which destroys the whole plot for them no matter how it's going to progress(such as the fact that he raped the main character by using his pheromones ). It depends on the pov of every individual. Rape can be triggering for many, they just express their opinion on it, considering that's the point of the comments section. You are free to like a character as much as you want, but you have no right to ask for them(other readers) to stop expressing their opinion about the very same character.

You're the one who wrote a whole essays "invalidating" me, saying that: "but you being judgemental of them and unable to accept the concept of people having opinions that won't validate yours". First of all, what does my saying that everyone is FOCUSING on the rape and not talking about the story itself means I don't understand what they're saying. They're just focusing on ONE point of the story, albeit that point is SoOO extremely disturbing to them they HaVE to talk about it. Fine, mention it, but ALSo talk about the REST of the story. The story DoES NOT PIVOT around the rape. At least, not THIS one.

I don't care if I'm convincing you or not. Your opinion doesn't matter to me whether I am convincing you or not. If you can't see the lightness of the joke, oh well, joke's on you. You're Literally reading things in written form so there are no tones in the writing. I don't care WHAT you think of me that you have to write a WHOLE ass essay in response to what is just a pet peeve of mine regarding ppl who judge characters and situations too early on, this not being exclusive to RAPE stories and Rapists. Just ANY story... I have beef with THAT.

I never asked readers to stop expressing their opinions but they're Literally reading a story w/ possible rape then yes, it's about that, so...why harp on or bother to EXPLAIN to me all of the above points that pisses me off (not to the extent I'd say to shove it, bcz again, this is not that serious w/ me regarding their need to explain to me what rape is) when I'm asking or responding by saying so what is the reason behind the rape, what led up to it, and why. Did other characters contribute to this?!? Why or why not, etc. essentially OTHER PLOT points. ...and OTHER PLOT points that also Don't involve the rape. Again, THIS SPECIFIC story does not feature RApe as the main point either. And everyome is Quick to Judge the alpha, and that's ALL they would talk about, as if not other characters have any flaws. In this case especially we haven't seen ENOUGH of their interactions and backgrounds to see what is even going on. THAT'S what I mean by being judgmental and QUICK to JUDGE. The Entire book, unless POORLy written, should NOT Be revealing of all sides of the story until the end or step by step only.
