It's just me but maybe because when he told MC to "end" things, it was because of the omega he slept with, which was the MC but he didn't know that. Now that he knows, he maybe feels betrayed because MC did not tell him. (〜￣△￣)〜

EXACTLY!!! Ppl keep thinking DY (DoYoon) played him or played around with him. But dude just got mate bonded!!! So prob severed the FWB or whatever they had and orobijist go back to being friends but YJ (YeJun) couldn't handle the heart break so he left. AND he ran away in fear because he prob misinterpreted DY's saying that 'Im glad you're a beat. Actually it's better that you're not an omega. He literally marked the dude then left. Hid himself. His pregnancy. Raised child alone. Did not tell the alpha anything..and ppl are mad that DY is upset...ok...
