I agree, everyone has a different coping mechanisms. Just because others can move forward easily after a downfall, doesn't mean everyone too. The pain is similar to wounds, even with medicine/salve it takes time to completely heal the wound. Even anesthesia doesn't last too long.
I love the pacing. Cael was literally self-harming in the previous timeline. I don't want him to see Hess as a "saviour", I want him to love her, and he's getting there.

character "Cael" that's why she's doing this thing to get justice to her favorite and this is actually (pertaining to the recent chapters) I think the start of the time she started seeing Cael as a person not a character in a novel.
Cael experience shit with the people so close to him and now, you're asking the same person to love someone who is basically new to him? Hestia is such a great woman but let's be fair about them. You can't move on wholeheartedly, if you are too broken and that's Cael. The story is moving so slow at point that it gives us assurance to their story. Why can't you wait? Are you new to this? and all you wanted is ML falling in love with FL quickly like from the other manhwa's? Where's the originality then, lmao. Also, Cael is obviously building his feelings to Hestia and just a matter of time, the so called romance will be displayed on your screen.
