its been a while i think. at least in mobile (for me) you can only use existing tag

For me I'm able to comment but can't add tags.

Same happened with me.....after I changed browser I could add tag again.....so maybe changing browser will help u too

UC browser....I used to use Google chrome and I couldn't tag using that.....
