I'm like 99% certain Luka is worried about his uncle dying. I don't think he minds his aunt and uncle getting together, but he's worried about losing the 2 people he cares for most.
Also, I'm pretty all of us are thinking the same thing. Luka is a regressor. He made a wish to go back in time after he got his revenge. Though there might be more to it than just that.
Ps: I feel like we were robbed when we didn't get a kiss.
