Can’t believe it’s been 3 years since this masterpiece ended! Though do you guys know if anything happened with Alex and MD? Alex always acting weird when MD around. Idk if this has been addressed

It was addressed in an authors note upload. Alex was just clingy and called him hyung nothing more happened between them.
