I think so, too. The brother's probably favourite child and obsessed with blonde ML so when the ML falls in love with the MC, he purposely showed him the scene they kissed. Maybe the brother even provoked the MC so he beat him up like in the flashback. Then he did smt to revenge them, harming himself, maybe. The MC thought that it's all his fault, running away. Since then, the ML leads a promiscuous life.
So the ML has been obsessed with the MC since high school, ML is screwed in the head for whatever reason…will get backstory at some point explaining that. ML was messing with brother we don’t know if he wanted to do it or if the brother coerced him judging by flashback pic of brother beaten up I'm guessing he was obsessed with ML and killed himself as revenge against ML falling in love with MC. MC had own family problems from father.. and most likely ran away from ML and their relationship in the past. The young actor is probably going to be a nuisance and the blonde lead ML brother obviously abuses him by beating him up and whatever else. The gangster guy is interesting whats he got to do with the MC, his hot so I'm intrigued. Gangster guy is obviously another obsessed love rival. Pretty predictable plot but interesting nonetheless.
