idk if you use your phone or computer but
i use my laptop and when you open the mangago website just scroll down till you reach the end then you'll see on the bottom left a place to write a question
if you're on your phone idk tbh but maybe try the same thing?

I always go to home > things > questions ... But there is no option for me to make a question :[
