Actually it would. Head wounds bleed like they BLEED! Even if the wound is tiny, the amount of blood produced makes it seem like a huge wound. That’s why all head wounds are treated as a medium sized wound because with the blood in the way, you just can’t tell. He probably fell from the concussion and his head probably got cut on an uneven piece of the brick wall behind them. Although you’re right that he couldn’t push him that hard to cause that much damage, unfortunately biology doesn’t get the memo.

I found out from a birthday party I attended when I was 8 when my friend hit his head on a table and it looked like he was bled dry. The cut? Literally like an inch. I think he had like 3 stitches cause he was a child. It’s so horrifying to see in person so be careful to not cut your scalp
