I thought about it too but she has the same powers as grandma (teleportation+super strength) wc is too much of a coincidence so I'm leaning more on them being actual relatives.

The reason why I didn't think about the powers part that much is because 1. She developed her powers way too late and the trigger was Doryoung. And 2. According to what I've seen in the manhwa so far, people's powers are kinda random (VERY random).
No it says in the first couple chapters when grandma was being introduced that it was Rosa’s biological grandma
