I legit think it'll be a real character development especially with how slow it's being. The author is like doing everything one at a time and isn't skipping any steps if that makes sense

I know I’m being overly logical but some mangas have so much potential and the author tends to ruins it by rushing it; which I understand because they spend so much time on it and get bored but still

Well in the raws currently yeah Jaehyuk has that mask on because he's still selfish but Garam isn't budging at all so Jaehyuk needs to have character development, the plot is practically relying on him changing to have progress lol

I mean… he literally has a reflective moment in the raws where he says, “When did I become sincere?” So he is sincere, he’s just clueless. We can actually see in his head, unlike Jinx and others.

I agree that he's sincere with his feelings. Just that he's going about everything the wrong way and hasn't been considering Garam's perspective in his actions that's why I said he's also still being selfish. I agreed that there's a mask on because he hasn't been able to honestly show his sincerity because of his selfishness and ego.
