It's not incest in the true sense of the word. Nanmu (MC) was with Pilgyun's (ML) mother but for a short period of time. The disturbing thing is that Nanmu considered Pilgyun his son and Pilgyun still calls Nanmu "dad". Despite this, there are past events and psychological mechanisms that pushed them to this situation. It's certainly an interesting story but it may not be everyone's cup of tea
