It's not excessively long or complicated. there's enough weight to to each event and plot point -> almost nothing was written "just for the heck of it", even their lack of direction
It's not predictable nor are it's characters actions and decisions illogical
And the women! The women aren't cringey! They're characters that standalone and have actual depth despite how easygoing and simple things are so far. Not simps for some photocopied male character. ╥﹏╥ See how enjoyable it is to read when characters are written well.

This is good. This is really really good. 22 chapters in and a lot of plot gets moved along. At the same time, mysteries abound that foreshadows a possibly greater story. I miss actual, good stories with entertaining characters like this.
