I am going to explain this backward from the story flow

Noah is a serial killer who works in a pharmacy and abducts bad people and do experiments on their body. Dylan works in a caffe and met Noah and had a crush, one night Dylan followed Noah to give him his phone back and then he sees Noah abducting someone so Noah also abducts Dylan too.

Dylan is locked in Noah mansion and starts loving him since he is everything for him, he is the only thing he sees. Noah never felt special and he was abuse by his father so when he finds out that the dude that supposed to hate him, Dylan, he starts having some feelings for him and they fuck and kiss.

Now Dylan has a sister, her fiancee is Alex and he is a police man who decided to look for Dylan alone, since the police didn't care. Alex and Noah were classmates and Alex new that Noah goes to the the caffe Dylan works in. Alex does some detective work and finds the camera recording of the bar where Dylan was last seen, he finds out the Dylan did actually follow Noah.

Alex grows worried of Noah so he finds out about his mansion and waits for Noah till he goes out, then he sneaks inside and frees Dylan form the shackle on his foot. Alex tried to get Dylan out but Dylan is confused because he "loves" Noah so why run away, so he pushed Alex off the stairs which kills him. Noah comes back and tells Dylan to escape from here and they find each other again. After that Noah kills himself.

Now we are in present, Noah soul is still roaming on his grave and he has no memory, he finds it weird that only Dylan comes to visit. One day Scott, the actual therapist, came to vist his uncle but he got in accident and loses his soul, so Noah got inside his body. Now Noah is inside Scott's body and has Scott's memories but not his own memories. I think you can understand all the chapters that reveals Noah's memories. Noah ghost keeps hunting Dylan because of Dylan mixed emotions (I love him, but he is a bad guy? but he loves me too! but he abducted me! but I feel in love and it didn't matter anymore) also I am guessing because of the promise the made.

Now that Noah, in Scott's body, had confessed, Dylan says it is a new start, that Noah is given a new chance for normal life, and start dating.

one time when Noah was visiting his grave he found his father there, which he always wanted to kill, so he kills him on his gravestone, lol. Dylan finds about and gets mad because this was a new life, Dylan has given Noah a new chance to change, yet Noah went back to his old ways (killing), so Dylan is breaking now, he is afraid that Noah will go back to what he was doing, that Noah wouldn't listen to him anymore, that he will lose Noah too. So like Stockholm syndrome turned to full on obsession.
