Yeah it had a stong start but lost the plot I guess? Idk how to explain it but I think I was hoping the dad would be part of the plot more than he is. It’s almost like her tragic backstory is just irrelevant they probably could’ve made her a regular orphan as opposed to the affair baby of the villainess
i've had this on my currently reading list for over 6 months and i remember liking the progression at first despite it being very mary sue esque but now even just skimming through and skipping to the most recent chapters it's just being dragged on for way too long and i'm honestly not even invested in the conflict between mc and her bio dad.
