Based on what the comments here said:
The seme got sick and in order to help him recover Uke willingly looked for ginseng in the mountains
Then encountered a fortune teller who has the same level of ability as him
The fortune teller and the uke were talking about the gods blah blah and then the fortune-teller asked, "Are you looking for some ginseng?" and the uke answered, "Yes"
Then the fortune teller told him that he has lots of ginseng in his home so they walk towards the fortune-teller's home then I kinda forgot how uke lost conciousness but when he woke up he was being eaten by the fortune-teller saying that he wanted to talk with the uke's god cause his god is detoriating (not sure about the spelling but its like a synonym of vanishing).
Then the seme goes SLAM! he burst the door wide open and wapow! And pow! The fortune-teller taking the uke home with him
Then they had a bed-wrecking exercise after the seme took the ginseng from the uke's hand and cut it half (giving the other half to his lover and the other for himself) and there is some sort of aphrodisiac effect so yea they a tiring back and bed-wrecking exercise.

And then next morning when the uke woke up seme added new rules "No drinking" and "Don't follow strangers" and they obviously came to an agreement. And then the seme proposed to uke by giving him a ring and said yes (but based on the spoiler the seme forced the uke to wear it and uke was scared to die and felt threatened so he had no other choice but to say yes)
