Same I even re read the previous chapter, and his hand seem looks fine in last chapter, how can they forget the injury location （￣へ￣）

In chapter 71, the first few page shows the cut is on the right hand but later in that chapter, there is no trace of blood on mc's hand. And in chapter 72, why mc's knee need to be cast?
