It’s the same but the art style changed and improved throughout the years.
it didn't improve though just look at the earlier chapters, you could see when exactly it started going downhill

In old they used to look like proper adult in new art style they looks like high school kids lol
does someone know ??? i've been really curious about this for years but was the original artist replaced??? bc the art changed drastically imo or is it still the same artist and author???
