Unless it's from Taiwan then yes there can be sexual content. As they have the same language it can be hard to differentiate whether it's shounen ai or not to start off with.
Yes that’s true, but I’ve seen the raws, and it doesn’t have any sexual content in it, and if you want to read the full raw it’s on an app. So I know this isn’t yaoi but shounen ai
