The saddest thing about this is that these type of workers do it without knowing they are doing it, because they aren't self conscious about anything, they don't even have an ulterior motive of bad intention, they just do what they think without processing or thinking about other perspectives or thinking that they might be wrong too... ┗( T﹏T )┛
They're losing a good employee just because of bullying. He "looked like a pushover" so people tought they could make use of him, however he is obstinate on his work ethics and when his coworkers didn't get to walk all over him they complained.
