This is one of those rare gems you don't see often so I'm not sure if i know other mangas exactly like this. "Hana no Mizo Shiru" is the only manga i can think of that has a similar natural/calm vibe. You can try that perhaps? see if you'll like it.

Reading the comments makes me glee. This manga has been one of my favorite BL of all time because of how, just natural, cute, alive, and good-paced the story is. The story don't need any major scenes for me to kick my feet like a lovestruck maiden. I'm so glad people see the charm of this manga too.
