I kinda get Tia's obliviousness, I mean yeah it's a bit frustrating but in her past life she literally was just trying her best to stay alive and manage their business and didn't have time for love. And in her second life she was too focused on many things, plus perez hasn't really directly said anything about his feelings so she probs doesn't get it.
Also she kinda relies on her first life about the future so Perez liking her is completely new, or even romance in general.
