my boyfriend went to a highschool with an all boys dorm and he said that guys really did experiment with each other or turn to guys in order to "find love". there were even cases of rape and suicide within the dorm.

It might be curiosity. Esp since they are teens and these "urges" might lead them to try and just what u have said,try experimenting. Whole class full of carnivores plus hormonal changes just would lead them to it.
Also being a teen is like the crossroad to being an adult. They feel pressured. I know I did. You decide if you're straight,bi or gay and other genders. And that's just one of it.
I really wanna know what goes inside a an all-boy's school hmh
