No, you’re right! at the beginning it showed them as very close. I remember because some of it was shown in the anime again recently. But we haven’t seen crystal for soooo long, surely she won’t die? Seems most likely to be Goo
Crystal is also the female lead so that makes it highly unlikely for her to die #－.－)

PTJ said somewhere that they person dying in this arc is gonna be someone important to Gun, which is gonna cause him to go berserk
And yk what? The fact that somebody was going to die was foreshadowed immediately after talking about Goo, and immediately after the foreshadow, we see Gun and Good getting a divorce
Knowing PTJ and him hinting it's gonna be Goo made me think it's not going to be Goo initially, but if you think about it, other than Goo who really is there?
Daniel? Eli? They're his students, yes, but if they die I can't see him going berserk because of their death- Dan dying is not gonna happen, Eli just survived barely dying, so that just leaves Goo, who has been shown to actually have a bond with Gun, cuz they've spent at least their teens together
So I def see the Patroclus and Achilles dynamic between Goo and Gun in the upcoming big fight
BUT THEN AGAIN KNOWING PTJ IT MAY BE SOMEONE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT-
