Pornographer by Marukido Maki. There's a live action series too, tho I can't tell you how it lives up to the manga because I only watched a couple of eps. But I do like some of the other works by the author!

It's a manga about a student and a writer (seme). The students bumps(?) the writer and accidentally broke his arm. To compensate for it, the writer offered(?) to the student to help him write for him as he tells him what to write. Turns out he's an erotic(?) Writer.
