There are a little of few omegaverse manga and webtoons that do adoption.
That's because Japan is one of the most difficult countries to adopt a kid from, if it's not a dead relative's kid that is. The likelihood of being able to successfully adopt a kid in Japan, even as a Japanese citizen, is less likely than winning the jackpot at the lottery.
blows my mind that adoption doesn't exist in omegaverse, crazy concept ain't it.
