he actually told the cop BEFORE he bought him on the auction, he asked his cop friend if he could get involved in the investigation, too. as for the kidnapping part, idk, maybe he didn't know what to do at that moment or maybe he didn't know how he'd fight, but he DID tell his cop friend what happened and asked for help so
if he WAS STALKING him all these time, he would HAD THE CHANCE to stop the kidnapping.
no no the stalking and kidnapping actually happened the same day like, the vamp WAS collecting all his potteries, but he never knew how he looked like before. He only saw him on that day when the event was cancelled and he(I alr forgot his name) got fired.

been awhile to read a green flag seme, although i would point out the little red flags: hiding the fact he was a fan, watching his uke get kidnapped and bought him in the illegal auction, telling the cop later after few days about it, but this is not the worse from all the yaois i've read. good read 7/10
