later on in the novel zhenya rapes taekjoo and then leaves him off to die but tbh it's BAD but not THAT BAD BECAUSE HEAR ME OUT zhenya literally wanted to kill taekjoo in that scene like he kills everyone else because taekjoo found out that zhenya is actually psikh bogdanov, the guy he was chasing so while raping taekjoo zhenya is like "if you know your situation you better give in" so taekjoo just stops trying to get away so i think it ain't that bad cuz they have no romantic feelings involved AT ALL so yeah rape irl is the worst thing ever ofc but in a story if they don't have romantic feelings involved it's...bearable
