For me, it's not about the sadistic personality he has, but it's more about the sophistication and way of talking
Oh yeah, I see what you mean. They do both look sophisticated, but I see their overall all characteristics and the way they carry themselves to be opposite. The way of talking too, shiro seems to be a mild and soft spoken kind of guy while hannibal is confident, that I did not see the hannibal's resemblance with shiro.
I nearly dehydrated myself crying.
Shiro has such Hannibal vibes I can't unsee it.
