the og empress didn’t have much of a presence in the book, just that she was prophecy as the one needed for one to become ruler but she died in her sleep due to overwork. the book itself goes into more detail regarding the mistress and emperor love.

I laughed at some panel but also stressed at some. The plot is pretty fast. No stretching the panel or something. Just straight forward. I like it.
When the ML is introduced I was reluctant at first cos he seems arrogant/trash/too confident lmao.
