Yeah, I dropped Jinx sometime ago because I just don't see any chemistry between the main characters and it's so hard for me to connect why the mc caught feelings for the love interest when all he ever did is show him transactional acts of kindness.
I had to stop reading or else I'll pop a vein.
That dude will definitely bribe his way into the mcs life and the mc has no choice but to accept his offer because he needs to afford the expensive treatment for his child.
