That means nothing to be tbh. They knew each other so briefly. Meeting again with both of them full grown adults doesn't bother me one bit. Think a 25yo and a 35yo meeting and getting together. 10yrs different but at one time they'd be 10 and 20. Age gaps don't bother me unless it's the "raised them" trope or one character is naive+young but fully adult and practically strangers isn't a no go for me
This season, everytime they have physical thing like kiss, intimate hugs, seggss, and dirty talking...i cant help myself to think that Jin used be a teenager while matthew was a child...like the difference...
