Even if Korean laws would ensure that no minor gets in trouble, the brother would surely have gotten in trouble at home and lose his reputation(the one thing he cared about). I genuinely have no sympathy for anyone except for Siwon, the only thing I’d fault him for was basically him killing himself killed Yoon Taemin body
But either way due to the suicide, Yoon Taemin got a better life due to og siwon, he has rich parents who love him, a boyfriend who he loves and loves him back. He’s debt free and actually has a chance for the future compared to when he was in his old body
