No, he is really weak for being a celestial but because of what he did in his empire that it became strong. Overall his empire is strong but his weak king without power to fight but his smart to make his empire the best in all empires with strong military and strategies thats all.
And i think his power are all supports just like buff and so on that is why they strong in fighting (his knights) his power is so powerful support that they can fight the other empire but his weak alone without his knights so yeah...

is sehyun still hiding his powers or sumtn? or his true powers from the game are mostly locked due to his current level? he's the king of #1 empire which he brought up to that spot himself from the lowest ranks but he looks feeble as hell so far except for his power of harem (buff support kinda thing i suppose)
