That they did, 1 whole arc got cut off and it was the introduction/world building arc. Novel is 15+ too so all of these sexual intercourse that happens in the manwha didn't happen in the novel. But because it was 18+, Duke's character ended up suffering. Like sure he did imprison MC but they had reasons to do so, MC was after all running away from his kingdom, but all that rape stuff never happened.

Yeahh, i'd recommend it. You'll have to MTL it though but i think it's worth the read cus it is a unique story among the BL isekai genre(in the korean side cus i've seen chinese BL isekai go ham with this genre, they're crazy over it)
